Aleksander Prugar
I was born in Gliwice December 16 th 1984, and raised in Silesia. Now I live and work in Warsaw. I study at Warsaw University Journalism Department. I work in Gazeta Wyborcza, I am photo reporter. I like life and people.
Some time ago I've heard that there is no use in making reportage, because everybody see what's the reality. I thought about it for a long time, and I came to conclusion, that the more people you meet, the more they tell, the more wise you become. So it's worth to be around people by all means. These lessons of humility, knowledge and the most strange stories I value the most. Besides 'Nothing happens twice, and it won't' There won't be second yesterday or today. They will stay for the future on photographs, as long as someone will make them. I am a journalist.
